HIC’s Broker Portal is available to our broker network.  In order to gain access to the secure portal email info@hicsa.co.za. Once verified, a username and password will be provided.

The functionality includes:

• View of client and policy details
• Printing of policy schedule / tax certificate / payment history / claim history
• Adding notes / documents
• Producing standard letters
• View claims (with notes and documents)
• Add new claims (FNOL with notes and documents)
